Sorry I haven't blogged in a while. I'm still pretty sick. Most people respond well to Zofran. My doctor wants me to start taking Zofran and Phengran together. Hopefully this will help. I'm getting really tired of being on the couch all the time. I would like to clean my house, do some laundry, and play with poor, neglected Maicee. I would like to blog about Maicee's 2nd birthday, her pink "futterfly" cake, and Thanksgiving. If I start feeling better soon, I will do some more blogging. But for now, being super sick is my excuse.

It's official!
We had our first doctor's visit today, I got my prescription for Zofran, so I feel completely comfortable announcing that baby #2 is on the way! Maicee is super excited to be a big sister! The little one should be here June 20, 2011, hopefully sooner so Dan can be here when it is born.

Maicee's Horse
Dan decided the other day to be a creative dad, and made Maicee and himself some stick horses out of some pvc pipe and old socks. Maicee just loves them! I love her sound affects!

Colorado is good!
Last Saturday was a really good day. We woke up, went on our normal Saturday morning hike through the trail in our "front yard", showered, I dropped Dan of at school so he could look at some dead bodies, and Maicee and I headed over to Jared and Tracie's. When the girls got up from their naps, we (Dan, Maicee, and I, Tracie, Kerrigan and boys, and Tim and Livvy and boys) went to a pumpkin patch. It was so much fun! They had a little hay jump that the kids could play on, a snake tunnel, a corn maze, and a little petting zoo. We all had a blast. Maicee even got to bring home a little pumpkin.

Pictures of our new house! and some Halloween...
I haven't posted pictures yet because my house is never as clean as I would like it to be for pictures. I decided it probably never will be since I have an almost 2 year old. So here are some pictures!
This is our living room. Behind the blinds is a large patio area.

Things I miss about Idaho
I miss my ginormous backyard.

I miss the apple trees in my ginormous backyard.
I miss my wonderful neighbors.
I miss the huge driveway next door that Maicee could ride her trike in.
I miss the little neighbor girls that Maicee always played with.
I miss being able to push Maicee in the swing in our front yard.
I miss my sun room.
I miss all the people in my friendly ward.
I miss the park just down the road.
I miss the library.
I miss being able to walk to the grocery store.
I miss my running path around the lake.
I miss going on bike rides.
I miss my work friends and having a purpose to my life.
I terribly miss my family.
I miss my hard wood floors.
I miss being able to put Daisey in the garage so I can have time to myself for at least 5 minutes.
I miss two lane highways.
I miss being able to see 2 temples any time I want.
I miss going to the temple.
I miss having insurance.
I miss my doctors.
I miss having money.
I miss sleeping.
I miss Maicee's high chair.
Things I don't miss about Idaho:
Worrying about Maicee being bit by a hobo spider. Instead, I get to worry about this:
Yep, that's a black widow. Luckily, it was only in our garage. I have yet to find one inside.
I don't miss the crazy Idaho weather. It is supposed to be 85 degrees today.
I don't miss being away from Maicee all day.
I don't miss high gas prices.
Oh, and did I mention there is a registered sex offender 4 houses away? That's less than 25 yards from us. Maicee will never get to play outside again.
I do like Colorado, I think I'm just being nostalgic today.

Recent trip to Idaho
Maicee, Daisey, and I loaded up the car and made the trip to Idaho to be with my family and attend Baylee's graveside services. We almost ran out of gas in the middle of Wyoming. My gas light was on for at least 40 miles before some gas station appeared out of no where. After being in the car for 11 hours, Maicee was done. So we stopped at the gas station in Swan Valley and got a square ice cream cone. I thought we would share it, but Maicee at most of it and had a hard time sharing with me.
We stayed with Marcie and her family. I went downstairs to check my e-mail one day, and came upstairs to this:
They really tire each other out.
Baylee got to be buried next to my grandma, just one space over from my mom.
Her casket was so tiny. It was a beautiful service. Even though it was hard to attend another funeral, I do know that families are eternal, and Wende and Todd will be with Baylee again.
White Coat Ceremony
Maicee wearing Grandpa's hat. She was not very patient. When it was Dan's turn to go up on stage, Maicee got so excited she yelled "hi Daddy!" and everyone started laughing. It was pretty cute.
Heilmann Family Reunion
Dan's family had a family reunion in Island Park the week before we moved. I wanted to post pictures sooner, but didn't have time. So, here they finally are:
